Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. To begin a return, contact Medicube with your order number or proof of purchase. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.
For eligible returns, we provide return instructions or a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly with order details and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
Once a return is received and approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. For cancellation or address-change requests, contact us before shipment; we will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has shipped.
